The RARE center’s high pressure lab houses all equipment used to replicate the high pressure and temperature environments of the early earth.

The Main Lab houses the Anaerobic Chamber, the Gassing Station, and a Plate Reader.

Additional Lab Instruments include: Profilometer, Microdroplet Dispenser, Q-Exactive Mass Spectrometer, Elementar ISOTOPE-Select Elemental Analyzer, Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer, Linkam TH600 Micro Thermometry Stage, Isoprime 100 Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer, and the Bruker Senterra Raman Microscope Spectrometer.
